Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be within 15 days of purchase, unopened, unworn and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we will not offer a refund. 

We do NOT accept returns on any treats. Regardless if they are unopened due to the perishable nature. 

If you need to return your product, please email theuncorkedhorse@gmail.com. We ask that you attach the purchase receipt and images of the returned product as well as an explanation for why you are returning the product. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you by email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also contact you whether your return has been accepted or not.

Your refund will be processed and applied to store credit or back to your credit card if the return is approved.
